Bill Balfrey
takes us on a trip back through time, into the rugged Siskiyou
Mountains, to a time when the mail was carried by Mule Train to remote
mountain villages - and in the winter, the mules really did wear
snowshoes! This video is based on a popular lecture delivered by Bill
to the Back Country Horsemen of California.

Bill Balfrey is a 4th
